Tested and developed with the assistance of the Yamaha race teams,
the QuadCross® MX PRO is designed specifically for very hard-packed,
blue-groove type motocross racetracks. A revised shoulder profile
provides great cornering predictability and side bite, while a specially
formulated soft rubber compound finds traction for excellent acceleration
and braking on the slickest of surfaces. The front QuadCross® MX
uses a dual-ribbed dimpled knob pattern that steers precisely with a
very light feel and reduced lateral roll. T-9 Pro Series TRAC-LOCK rims
have a competition-ready beadlock ring that clamps the tire to the
wheel, increasing tire retention ability and security, while strengthening
the wheel. The rugged, precision-formed outer bead retention ring has a
clean, simplified design that also eases tire installation, and is secured
with tough, recessed Allen bolts. 0.190" wall construction. Provides
racers and advanced trail or dune riders with exceptional tire retention
capability. Sold as an assembly (1 tire/1 rim).
