”AVE” mode with three overlapping scale ranges 5-25, 20-40, 35-55 cm Hg for convenient and quick
synchronizing – precise 0.5 cm Hg resolution on all scales
Diagnostic mode with auto-ranging scale for immediate visual check if engine is difficult
to synchronize
Quickly checks for non-sealing intake or exhaust valves, leaking manifold or a restricted air intake
WS (workshop) model is powered by any 12V vehicle battery or 12VDC adapter;
“Low input power” warning LED
ME (marine) model has internal rechargeable 1.5Ah 7.2V NiMH batteries; recharge by connecting
to a 12V vehicle battery or 12VDC adapter
”Low battery” warning LED plus dual-purpose “Charge” LED that indicates external power connected and recharging in progress
