Straight Plows come in four lengths to accommodate ATVs of all sizes. All Steel Plows are constructed of 12-gauge heavy-duty steel.
STEP 2: ADD THE PUSH TUBE
The Push Tubes are built of heavy-duty 1 steel tubing and are designed with maximum strength by triangulating the tubes. They also feature multiple swivel positions and four-way adjustment at the cutting edge. As always, these push tubes attach to the middle of the ATV conveniently with two quick pins.
STEP 3: CHOOSE THE MOUNT KIT
These sturdy brackets can be mounted to the middle of the ATV frame in minutes and are the only component left on the ATV when the plow is detached. The mount kits are designed to not prohibit routine maintenance, such as changing your oil. Mount Kits are available for almost every ATV.
STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR LIFT SYSTEM
Option 1: The Manual Lift Kit
Requires a low lift effort, while achieving serious lift. Youll get at least 5 of lift with as little as 25 lbs (13 kg) of effort. The Manual Lift works universally for most ATVs. To ensure safe operation, the blade locks securely in the up position. When youre done plowing the whole lift removes with the push tubes, so when youre trail riding the equipment is not in your way.
Option 2: Electric Lift
Not recommended for use with 60 State Plow or 72 plow, or Power Vee Plow.
Lift your plow with the touch of a button.
Convenient switching - with use of Rocker Switch
The Electrical System prevents the lift from operating when key is OFF
Made tough - Uses heavy-duty cable (1/8) and theres no pulley to worry about
Designed with heavy duty spool and brackets
Option 3: Work Power Winches
Winches are another popular method of raising and lowering plows, plus it comes in handy when you tackle too much snow.
